Our group classes are designed to provide the client with a complete workout and movement experience. The teacher guides the entire session with verbal and tactile cueing, offering a safe and productive workout. Classes typically begin with approximately 15 minutes of Mat work to warm up the body with Pilates fundamentals of breath, alignment, stretching and core exercises followed by a full program on the Universal Reformer. Other apparatus such as the Trapeze Table, Chair, Spine Corrector, or Ped-o-Pull, may be utilized as well.
The MELT Method® is a simple self-treatment technique that is designed to reduce chronic pain and help you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime, using soft balls and soft rollers, enhancing your Pilates work.
