During the 60-minute session, the teacher will introduce the client to the fundamentals of the Pilates Method, preparing the student to join group classes at a future time if desired. The private lesson is also an ideal opportunity to delve deeper into an already established practice. One-on-one sessions may be scheduled by appointment throughout the week.

Our group classes are designed to provide the client with a complete workout and movement experience. The teacher guides the entire session with verbal and tactile cueing, offering a safe and productive workout. Classes typically begin with approximately 15 minutes of Mat work to warm up the body with Pilates fundamentals of breath, alignment, stretching and core exercises followed by a full program on the Universal Reformer. Other apparatus such as the Trapeze Table, Chair, Spine Corrector, or Ped-o-Pull, may be utilized as well.
